Care and Handling
Our products are made of natural fibers and can be cleaned lightly with a damp cloth, as can corners or handles made of simulated leather. Leather handles can be cleaned or softened with standard leather care products.
Our products are very durable and may be expected to “give” a little if large volume or heavy weights are carried. Woven bags especially raffia may snag, and so appropriate care should be taken with those items. If a product becomes wet or saturated in water, please allow the item to air dry completely in its empty state without crushing or folding it or otherwise changing its shape.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your French Basketeer product, you can return it in unused condition within 10 calendar days for a full refund. Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase and original purchase must be returned at the buyer’s expense.
